SureFlap mounting adaptor
The SureFlap mounting adaptor enables
the mounting of a SureFlap microchip cat flap in holes ranging from
210mm to 260mm diameter. It is particularly recommended in the
following situations:
Installations in glass
When
mounting a cat flap into a glass pane, a glazier will generally cut a
circular hole. The SureFlap mounting adaptor is the ideal solution for
a clean and easy fit of the SureFlap microchip cat flap into a glass
window or door. It covers the excess hole area and holds the cat flap
firmly in place.
Installations in walls
The
SureFlap mounting adaptor provides an easy way to install a microchip
cat flap in a wall, avoiding the alternative solution of glueing, which
can be messy and make it difficult to remove the cat flap. Simply
drill a number of holes through the adaptor into the wall behind and
screw into place.
To cover an existing hole
The
SureFlap mounting adaptor is also used by customers who have a hole in
their door from a previous cat flap, which is larger than the hole
required for SureFlap. In these instances the SureFlap mounting
adaptor covers the hole to provide a neat finish.
The
SureFlap mounting adaptor comes in two pieces (sold together) - one
piece fits on the exterior of the hole, on on the interior. The
SureFlap mounting adaptor has been designed for use with the SureFlap
microchip cat flap. Cat flap sold separately.
